Don't get me wrong, I AM drawing again, but it's really nothing postworthy, I guess. :/ Unless you guys like huge, messy, scribbly dumps.

To be honest, I love scribbly art dumps. I also just like doodles in general.

Me too! I was just never too good at doing them myself. I see a lot of people drawing quickly yet so expressively and it would be cool to have that talent!

Sketch dumps are fun! You get to see how the artist tries things out, and the down to earth roots of things that could be finished later. I'd like to see them if you'd post some.

They certainly a lot of fun. I also enjoy seeing artists trying different things and discovering how to tackle a drawing. It's always exciting to see that process. Unfortunately that's the most difficult part of the process for me because I can't scribble anything without it being near incomprehensible. I was never too good at getting down the beginning ideas.

Hey, I've noticed you mentioning to others that you don't want to post sketches because other artists' sketches seem better. You don't have to compare yourself to other artists. If you're embarrassed because your sketches are simple, that's fine. Just don't try to value yourself based on how differently other artists sketch. You're a great artist, but nobody should expect you to be perfect, including you. I've done sketch dumps that I absolutely didn't want to do because I think I have crappy sketches, but I posted them anyway because I wanted to share my ideas despite them being unpolished.

Only post them if you want to, of course. I think it would be just fine if you went ahead, though! :) Just take it easy, okay?

Me too! Unfortunately my dumps aren't as expressive as I'd like them to be.

I love doodle dumps! I just don't have the skill to make them as expressive as the dumps I normally see around here.

For whatever reason, messy scribbles are my favorite type of art to see. I won't complain if you post some :D

Oh really? I have have a thing for messy scribbles myself. I just can't bring myself to upload them because they don't have the same life that I see in other's sketches.

Definitely. I'm currently filling my sketchbook with what appears to be animals shaped like noodles drawn by a 2 year old. Then again I'd be insulting the 2 year old...
